Cape Town calling!
** We are looking at confirming the location of training, by the end of December 2023 **
The idea is to host both Intuitive Anatomy (week 3) and Rainbow Children in the same location, in Southern Cape Town.
We are busy looking at options to provide you with a safe, enjoyable and awesome location where you can study, and also relax during the day time.
Craig (your host), knows the Southern part of Cape Town very well, and will provide you with everything you need to know.
Close to 3 great beaches, close to nature, and out of the way from the hustle and bustle of daily transport of the masses going to and from work.

When we announce the confirmed location, we will give you a list of options for accommodation.
There are plenty or AirBnB places close to where the training will take place, and it is the off season so accommodation should be relatively easy to find.
We hope that you would be happy to consider sharing a house with someone during this period, as it would really help you connect with other students in the class.
More information will be provided by the end of December 2023.

FLY INTO CAPE TOWN
Cape Town International Airport services both local and international flights.
Examples are :
• Domestic (local) airlines include - Airlink, Comair, FlySafair, Kulula, Mango, South African Airways, South African Express
• Regional airlines include - Air Bostwana, Air Mauritius, Air Namibia, Kenya Airways, RwandaAir, Anogola Airlines, Westair Aviation
• International airlines include - Air France, Austrian Airways, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Condor, Edelweiss Air, Emirates, Etheopian Airlines, KLM, Lufthansa, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Thomas Cook Airlines, Turkish Airlines
As you can see with this list, there are plenty of options and various connecting hubs if you are joining us from outside of South Africa

AIRPORT TRANSFER / SELF DRIVE
We will be happy to arrange transfers for you from the airport, so please contact Craig directly to arrange.
If you want to rent a car, or even care share, there are plenty of options at Cape Town International Airport to choose from :
• Hertz, Avis, Europcar, Alamo, Budget, National, Dollar, Thrifty, Sixt are only some of the options available directly at the airport.
• Other companies can also be found online
Again - if you have any questions, Craig will be able to assist with any questions you have, including driving tips in and around Cape Town to keep you safe on the roads.
If you are not from South Africa, definitely get in touch with Craig.
** IMPORTANT NOTE **
As with many other airports around the world, please do not accept offers for a taxi inside the airport at the arrivals hall. Rather take a bit of time to go to one of the taxi counters in the airport to find your solution.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
Although Cape Town has many public transport options, like most other cities in South Africa, we love big spaces and long distances! The idea is to get you to the accommodation and training location, which then will allow you to walk down to the beach, the local coffee shop and community hub where you can buy essentials. We will of course help out with grocery shopping runs whilst you are with us!

WANT TO EXPLORE – WE HAVE IT ALL
If you want to find ideas to explore Cape Town, then the list is endless, as Cape Town has been voted as one of the best cities to visit in the World.

Here is a short list of some of the things we will be doing or arranging visits to for those of you who wish to explore.
• Stellenbosch wine farms, including a farm where goat products are made
• Boulders beach Penguin colony
• Table Mountain cable car and the top of Table Mountain itself
• Simons Town harbor and the best place to get calamari in Cape Town
• Kalkbay harbor and the best seafood restaurant in town called Harbour Bay
• The scenic Chapmans peak drive
• The Cape Ostrich farm
• Scratch patch - a world of gemstones and a place to get lost in time
• The Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens
• The best buffet / all you can eat seafood restaurant in the world (which is on the beach!!)
• The Cape Town waterfront
• Grand West Casino (if you are up to finding some luck)
• Cape Cobra Experience, no it’s not a snake but a high powered 2 seater open top car
• Robben Island visit (where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned)
• Helicopter ride around the Cape Town peninsula from the V&A Waterfront
• The V&A Waterfront with shops, restaurants and more
• The Cape Town Aquarium
• The hop on hop off bus tour around Cape Town
• Fish Hoek beach to see the fisherman land their catch or go for a swim

Depending on the demand, we are planning to run multiple excursion days where we will take you to some of the most popular and amazing spots in the Cape Town area, or we can guide you on which places to visit should you decide to get your own rental vehicle? (Remember in South Africa they drive on the left hand side of the road, and the driver sits on the right hand side of the car … just so that our foreign guests can know in advance).

A Teacher Assistant is a Certified Instructor who has already taken that seminar and is there to assist students when Vianna breaks them into groups for training. Teachers Assistants are awarded based off number of students in seminar and some may be chosen last minute.
